5.4.1Develop an appropriate capability framework/plan (finance, systems, and people) that supports Corporate Plan objectives.
5.4.2Develop a workforce planning model and process and partner with managers to undertake workforce planning.
5.4.4Review the Workplace Health and Safety Policy and develop a new annual Workplace Health and Safety Management System Plan.
5.4.5Complete the negotiation process for Council's new Certified Agreement which will set out the conditions of employment for Council and the rights and entitlements of Council employees.
