Preparations have been completed for the roll out of the engagement survey which is scheduled for roll out in March 2025. Planning for the November Employee Awards event underway. Well being at work survey progressed.

In 2024 we completed the wellbeing at work survey. Survey debriefs and actions plans are underway across all teams of Council.
