This site is based on Council's 5 year Corporate Plan, which contains objectives in 5 key topics or "Themes" (Environment, Liveability, Prosperity, Future and Excellence). Council develops an Operating Plan for each Financial Year, which contains initiatives designed to make progress on these objectives. Every quarter, Council staff produce a report on progress on these initiatives. This site uses colour coding for the progress made in that quarter, and summarises progress across years and initiatives in various ways.
