People and Culture officers attended the LGAQ Workforce Strategy & Planning Forum on 30 October 2024. A draft Workforce Planning framework will commence being co-created with the ELT in Q2 2026.

Underway following the training Brooke and Jessica have had with the LGAQ. The Workforce Planning framework will be presented to ET in Q4 of 2025 with adoption in early 2026.

A strategic Workforce Plan will be developed for NC by Dec 2025.
