This will be supported through the introduction of enhanced sustainability reporting and performance indicators, as well as ESG (environment social and governance) accounting practices as guided by statutory requirements.

A CEO dashboard has been implemented to monitor workforce status and any trends that could impact workforce and operational performance. A dashboard accessible to the public is under development. Key Performance Measure review, research, and benchmarking continue. Council's Operational Performance monitored and reported quarterly to Council. Refinement of the Corporate Performance System to monitor Operational Plan progress is ongoing with enhancements implemented on a quarterly basis.
