Objective 5.2: Continue to deliver a financially sustainable Council that has the Provider resources now and into the future to achieve its strategic objectives. This will be supported through the introduction of enhanced sustainability reporting and performance indicators, as well as ESG (environment social and governance) accounting practices as guided by statutory requirements.

Utilities Analyst now onboarded and building a 2 year pipeline of action to improve Council's supply, demand, pricing, monitoring and behaviours

The Utilities Analyst role has been allocated to the Procurement Branch - sourcing options for appropriate resourcing are currently in progress.

Utilities Analyst role assigned to Procurement Branch - Potential candidate withdrew interest in Q3. Note - new electricity contracts will commence in October and January (Streetlights and Large Sites) with noted savings.
