The Tourism Noosa Roadmap is currently being developed by a working group comprising the Noosa Council CEO and Director of Strategy and Environment, alongside the Tourism Noosa (TN) Chairman and CEO. An independent consultant has been appointed to provide best practise information into the process for development of the Roadmap, to be presented to Council in Q2. The Roadmap is expected to strategically align with key actions in the Destination Management Plan.

Tourism Noosa Roadmap: Completed and endorsed by Council on 19 December 2025. A comprehensive Partnership Agreement and Funding Deed - linking strategic priorities and service-level actions in alignment with the DMP- will be developed in Q3.
