Individual Project Control Group (PCG) and External Reference Group meetings (15 meetings) were undertaken. Feedback from these meetings were included in the draft DMP document and presented to Council for further consideration. Special Meeting scheduled for August 2025 to endorse the draft DMP for the next phase community engagement.
Q3 · Minor Disruption
Councillor workshops tabling new approach completed Q3 FY24/25. Further Project Control Group (PCG) engagement requested prior to next Council Workshop in Q4 FY24/25.
Q2 · On Track
Councillor workshop to progress draft Destination Management Plan Actions scheduled in Q3.
Q1 · Major Disruption
Further consultation on the Noosaville Foreshore Masterplan has meant Phase 2 engagement rescheduled to early 2025. PCG and other stakeholders advised. Community advised through Your Say timeline.
