A well-resourced media campaign—spanning social, print, and radio—was delivered in Q1, followed by six weeks of community consultation. Engagement activities included info sessions, coffee chats, stakeholder briefings, and pop-ups. This resulted in 80,000 views of the hero video For the Love of Noosa, over 900 survey responses, 131 individual submissions, 40 Mentimeter inputs, and 24 Love Letters. The survey sample is statistically valid and stratified. The service provider, which led the Phase 1 analysis, is now reviewing the data. The final Destination Management Plan structure is being developed for Council consideration.
