Current Focus: The document will be reviewed at the February ICT Steering Committee to ensure it addresses all key areas and has broad support. Next Steps: The final draft is on track to be submitted to the ICT Steering Committee in April. After incorporating any Executive Team feedback from the scheduled February review, the final ICT Strategy will be presented at the April ICT Steering Committee meeting. This timeline aligns with our budget planning cycle, ensuring that any new initiatives from the strategy can be submitted for budget consideration. Status: The Digital Strategy has been fully developed through a series of workshops and stakeholder engagements facilitated by our consultants, Strategic Directions Group. The strategy emphasises internal and external customer needs, encourages innovation, and reinforces strong governance practices. Workshops Completed: Three strategic workshops have been completed, each focusing on a critical area: (1) external customer needs, (2) internal process pain points, and (3) innovation opportunities. Each session produced actionable insights and identified several quick-win initiatives that are already being considered for implementation. Next Steps: The Digital Strategy document is now complete. It is scheduled to be presented at the February ICT Steering Committee meeting.
