Initiative 5.3.1: Develop a new ICT and Digital Strategy to provide the foundation for technology requirements and digital transformation over the next 5 years.
Q1:On Track
Engagement with Strategic Directions has commenced and we expect a draft strategy doc by 1st quarter 2025
Q2:On Track
Project kicked off with Strategic Directions, who have completed a number of Workshops late 2024. Waiting for Draft Report which we should receive in Feb 2025.
Q3:Minor Disruption
The ICT and Digital Strategy development has been delayed due to changes in key personnel, and resource constraints. It is anticipated that a draft strategy and roadmap will be tabled at the June ICT Steering Committee.
Q4:On Track
Resourcing constraints and competing priorities have limited progress but the initiative has regained traction in this quarter.
