A draft Noosa Cemeteries Plan was developed following a community consultation phase. A workshop with Councillors was held in March 2026 to consider the draft plan. Based on the feedback received at the workshop, the plan is currently being finalised and will be presented to Council for adoption.

A draft Noosa Cemeteries Plan has been developed following a consultation phase. Awaiting Lake Macdonald Drive affordable housing devlopment outcome prior to presenting the draft Noosa Cemeteries Plan to Council for consideration. Workshop scheduled with Councillors in March 2026.
