Successful completion of Elections 2024 and full induction program was undertaken for the new incoming Mayor and elected members including full briefings from each directorate, training by LGMA and Office of the Independent Assessor, QRA and State Government departments.

Pre-polling locations and Returning Officer premises have been confirmed in consultation with the ECQ. Induction progromme draft dates have been sent to Directors / Officers & contact with prospective candidates intiatied &signage policy distributed.
