Q3 · Minor Disruption
Minor disruption due to consultant output and review timeframes and complexity of project. Eight Councillor workshops completed. Internal consultation, review of proposed actions and financial analysis being undertaken on draft. Delivery of the draft Report and recommendations proposed by June 2026.
Q2 · On Track
Consultants have been engaged, and seven Councillor workshops completed. An Interim Report was presented to the December 2025 Planning & Environment Committee meeting. A Councillor workshop is scheduled for 29 January 2026. Delivery of the Final Report and recommendations are scheduled for the Planning & Environment Committee meeting in April.
Q1 · On Track
Consultants have been engaged, and seven Councillor workshops have been completed. An additional workshop is scheduled for December, with an Interim Report to be presented to the December Planning and Environment Committee meeting.
Q4 is not due yet.
