Q1:Minor Disruption
The Master Plan is a multiyear activity and is currently in the first round of community consultation. The project team are working toward an endorsement target of August 2025.

Stakeholder Reference Group and Internal Working Groups meetings were conducted late 2024 including presentation of initial concepts for feedback.Consultants will be advancing draft plan for further review early 2025.

Stakeholder Reference Group and Internal Working Groups meetings were conducted late 2024 including presentation of initial concepts for feedback. Initial public consultation undertaken. Consultants have advanced draft plan. Further stakeholder reference group meetings held in March 2025 which has led to further plan refinement. Draft plan proposed to submitted for Council in July 2025 for endorsement for further public consultation.
