Minor delays have resulted in not all pathways identified for renewal being completed in 23/24. Limited availability of competent contractors have resulted in lesser experienced contractors requiring substantial guidance, supervision and additional time to complete works. Remaining pathways will be completed in 24/25. Note-relisted in the new 24/25 Operational Plan
