The Short Stay Accommodation team continues to proactively review properties to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Short Stay Local Law. Additionally, numerous actions from the Short Stay Local Law Operational review have been implemented. Team currently preparing for renewal process, including changes to fee categories for managed complexes (resorts).
