Capital Works Program

Deliver the budgeted Capital Works program across Shire to budget, time, and quality expectations.

Quarterly updates

Q3 · On Track · January to March 2026 · latest

Progress on the capital works program is reported to the monthly Capital Works Executive, and a quarterly report distributed to the full Council indicating progress year to date. Budget Review 2 was finalised in Q3 of 2025/26 revising the annual capital budget to $50m. At the end of Q3 council has expended/ committed 63% of the program with expenditure accelerating towards the EOFY.

Q2 · Minor Disruption · October to December 2025

Progress on the capital works program is reported to the monthly Capital Works Executive, and a quarterly report distributed to the full Council indicating progress year to date. Minor changes to the approved capital program for 25/26 with reprofiling project timelines and emergent works. Additional resources have been made available to assist with the completion of the program.
