Asset Management Framework

Continue to implement the Asset Management Framework, in line with the Strategic Asset Management Plan and Framework.

Q3 · On Track · January to March 2026 · latest

Asset Management Framework implementation on track withing available resources and continuing. Progress is tracked through the Asset Steering Committee. Tasks will extend beyond the current financial year as per the Strategic Asset Management Plan. Workshops are scheduled with Council to review the State of the Assets and further consider the asset management framework moving forward.
