Continue to Implement the Noosa Smart Biosphere Economic Development Strategy focussed on the following priority projects including, advancing implementation of Noosa Green Business Economy Plan and develop a long-term Strategic Plan for the Noosa Holiday Park Portfolio.

Priority projects progressing include: Noosa DMP creative design of final document and portal developed for soft launch in late Q3 early Q4 Agri Hub Consultancy (Food Connect) on track for delivery of initial feasibility study in Q4 Education-to-industry pathways being developed via consolidated learning opportunities in partnership with RDA and Regional Jobs Committee who have been granted funding to include Noosa in regional initiatives. Tourism Noosa Roadmap funding deed under development to be presented to General Meeting for consideration in April. Renewable Energy Hub and activation of Circularity Precinct ongoing - with focus on securing grant funding for compost site ($27M). Holiday Park Strategic Plan to be finalised mid 2026.

Priority projects progressing include: - Noosa DMP adopted by Council 16 December 2025 - Consultant (Food Connect) appointed to undertake feasibility study for a Noosa AgriHub as part of a competitive tender process. - Education-to-industry pathways being developed via consolidated learning opportunities in partnership with RDA and Regional Jobs Committee who have been granted funding to include Noosa in regional initiatives. - Tourism Noosa Roadmap adopted 19 December 2025. Funding deed to be completed in early in first quarter 2026. - Renewable Energy Hub investigations and activation of Circularity Precinct ongoing. - Holiday Park Strategic Plan to be finalised in first half of 2026.

The Green Economy Business Plan is complete and the Holiday Park Strategic Plan scope is being finalised. Other priority projects progressing include: - Completion of DMP for Council consideration - Proof of concept for a regenerative AgriHub investigations - Education-to-industry pathways via consolidated learning opportunities - Development and delivery of a Noosa Council Events Strategy - Oversight of the Tourism Noosa Roadmap and Funding Deed - Business as usual activities including grants program, business boost program and delivery of information to assist Noosa's business community
