The process has been initiated to establish a Community Engagement Feedback Panel, with steps being taken to ensure representation from a diverse cross-section of the community. Youth participation is being actively sought to incorporate younger perspectives into the decision- making and feedback process.

Have started the process of establishing a Community Engagement Feedback Panel and seeking youth involvement in this process.
Q2 · Minor Disruption
Initiatives being explored to be presented to Executive in early 2025. Funding availability will hinge on what concept will be implemented to trial.
Q1 · Minor Disruption
Further discussions held with Executive to explore potential options. Investigating youth-led style focus groups with expectation to have further discussions with Executive on possible budget item for 2025-26.
