Advocacy plans have been completed in advance of both the State and Federal elections. These plans identify Council's top priorities. The Plan was supported by an advocacy document, individual letters and contacts, meetings with candidates and follow up after the election.

The Advocacy Plan listing Council's top priorities was developed for the State Government election. The Plan was supported by an advocacy document, individual letters and contacts, meetings with candidates and follow up after the election. Consideration is underway for the upcoming federal election.

Q1 · On Track · July to September 2024

Advocacy document on Council top priorities developed in advance of State Election. Letters and document sent to all candidates and major parties, meetings with major parties occurred. Some commitments already made in response to Council's Advocacy efforts.
