Q3 · On Track · January to March 2026 · latest

The tender has closed, and submissions are currently being assessed by the tender panel. The report to award tender/CHU Permits is scheduled to go a future Council meeting round.

Q2 · On Track · October to December 2025

The tender has been re-scheduled for March to allow for proposed policy changes to be bought to Council for adoption, pending consultation with permit holders. Completion of the initiative anticipated in May 2026.

Q1 · On Track · July to September 2025

A further workshop is scheduled for December 2025, with a report to Council for resolution to go to tender in February 2026.

Q4 is not due yet.
