Internal revenue diversification working group continue to meet, to advance a pipeline of work supported by the new Strategic Land Policy. Commercial diversification portfolio now sits within the Economic Development team in Environment and Strategy Department.
Q3 · Minor Disruption
Strategic Land investigation review complete and supported by the Strategic Land Activation Policy, a pipeline of work is being developed. Investigations underway on council carparks supported by grant funding.
Q2 · On Track
Initial pipeline work being developed, supported by new Strategic Land Policy.
Q1 · On Track
Underway via two key elements - a) strategic land review and policy works complete Q1 and scheduled for adoption Q2, and b) Revenue Diversificaiton Plan embedded in the Long Term Financial Plan scheduled for work underway Q2-3 and adopted Q4.
