Initiative 4.9.1: Develop revenue diversification and strategic investment approach including a Futures Fund concept

A broad program investigating contemporary revenue diversification opportunities is ongoing. Regular guidance and check-ins are occurring with the Commercial Diversification Working Group. Implementation is progressing through strategic land activation initiatives. Work on visitor contribution mechanisms remains a key focus, with development of an advocacy framework underway. The Futures Fund Project - Phase 1: Scoping and Preliminary Analysis is scheduled to commence in November 2025 through internal delivery.
