5.5.1 Implement technology solutions for governance and risk management processes
Q1
Technology solution implementation underway for governance related processes, including delegation management and complaints management. It is anticipated that the delegation system solution will be implemented by 30 December 2025. Subject to ICT priorities, budget and resourcing support, the risk management system solution will be considered in due course.

Technology solution implementation is progressing across governance-related processes, specifically for delegations management and complaints management. Council’s new delegations management system was successfully deployed and implemented in December 2025. Further work is underway with ICT on Council’s complaints management system solution. Subject to ICT and Governance team priorities, as well as budget and resourcing considerations, the risk management system solution will be progressed in due course. Exploration of options for a risk management system is anticipated to commence in February 2026.
