Community Engagement Policy

Implement the new CE Policy and Framework and i ncrease the capabilities of engagement ambassadors throughout the organisation through training and collaboration to ensure better outcomes when conducting CE on projects and initiatives to build organisational and to deliver best practice community engagement.

Framework adopted and operational. Training conducted in May 2024 with 20 engagement ambassadors across the organisation. Further progress of this initiative to occur in next 12 months.

While the new CE Policy and Framework has been adopted and implemented, there are different needs for training and collaboration on community engagement practices across the organisation. This is currently being investigated.
