The 2023/2024 funding has been diverted to Ed Webb Park and a PID has been submitted as part of the 2024/2025 budget process.

A new initiative to fund the planning and design of an accessible adult changing facility is scheduled for commencement in the 24/25 financial year, with delivery over the two following years. Note-relisted in the new 24/25 Operational Plan

The procurement process for this project is nearing completion with award of the successful designer within Q2 of 2024/25.
