Direct youth engagement was established and trialled as part of the Customer Perception Survey in mid-2025. Successful school visits were also conducted to support youth engagement for the Destination Management Plan, with further consideration of future projects undertaken on an as-needed basis.
Q2
Options for direct youth engagement being explored. Extending engagement to ongoing school visits or targeted engagement through social media platforms, where appropriate, are being considered.
