An external contractor was appointed in Q1 to drive plan delivery. Initial criteria, matrix, and guidelines have been developed; however, due to the focus on DMP delivery, additional resources have been required to engage internal reference group members and maintain project momentum.

Events Funding EOI: Completed in Q2 via contestable process. 15 applications were received and evaluated. A report will be brought to Council in February 2026. Events Strategy: Underway – Councillor workshop scheduled for March.
