    Just way overpriced for what it is. If you’re charging $50+ for mains you should have all the trimmings (white... tablecloths, staff that know the wine etc) and it doesn’t. Good food and friendly staff but too dearread more

    Absolutely beautiful food!!!! We had the Lamb and the Risotto and both were cooked to perfection. It was my birthday... and the owner kindly sang happy birthday which was a lovely surprise.read more

    We were told about the wonderful array of restaurants in the Peregian Beach area. So whilst on holidays we choose this... lovely spot to celebrate Valentines Day.On arrival we were rushed to a not so favourable table right outside the service/bar/payment counter. The owner was extremely loud barking orders at his very young staff, which was not so romantic for us.We were told very quickly about the set menu for the evening, which was unexpected and very annoying as we looked and booked online and didn’t see anything about the set menu and the cost. $$$$We walked away within 1 hour, with the feeling that we had been ripped off.read more

    Pitchfork is our go to restaurant when we want to enjoy a fabulous meal whether it be for a casual dinner or for those... special events. Recently we celebrated a birthday and our wedding anniversary simultaneously and dined at Pitchfork.Once again the food didn’t disappoint it was delicious, the service was excellent and the ambience delightful. Always very welcoming.Do yourselves a favour and dine at Pitchfork. We’ve never been disappointed.read more

    We love an afternoon at the Alfresco Bar for some amazing fresh oysters & snacks with a couple of drinks. Matt and the... team are great. We are regulars!read more

    Wonderful place for dinner with fabulous service. Welcoming, caters to kids and great cocktails. Definitely suggest... booking ahead as unlikely to get a table as a walk-in.read more

    Pitchfork is a fine dining restaurant with a modern Australian menu focused on making the majority of their food items... ‘in-house’. Excellent atmosphere and location, being situated facing the village square. Recommend booking an Al fresco table if available. Kids are generally free to explore/climb trees within site of their parents, avoiding the need to bring electronic devices to keep them occupied.     Perfect little spot for a quick bite. Food is delicious, cocktails are well made and the staff are super friendly and... attentive.Pet friendly outside, my dog got a nice bowl of cold water with ice cubes!read more

    Amazing service, wonderful that someone has instilled a passion for hospitality in their team. Excellent food, flavours... and sauces. The duck pie was excellent. Nice range of wines by the glass too.read more

    Thank you for a lovely evening. Your team were courteous and well trained. And it was lovely to have our little dog so... welcome.The steak was wonderful, lamb was beautifully cooked however the coating was just a little weird. I had the fish and beans , and the best dish was the greens side. Simple and well cooked. Thanks again.read more

    Absolute beautiful flavours, presented well, staff lovely.We had the beef cheek spring rolls & zucchini flower for... entree - both were amazing, however the portion size I would expect to be larger servings to share.Mains we had the Duck Pie and Lamb Cutlets… delicious! Highly recommend the lambLovely spot, was surprised it was quite as all other restaurants were busy.Only suggestion is to perhaps offer free table bread on arrival or with entrees for the price / size portions -read more

    We were in the area and decided to try Pitchfork. Well my duck pie was to die for so good I was debating if I would... give my partner a taste but I caved in so I could taste his spaghetti allo oils which had a good kick to it. I wonder if it's too soon to go back tomorrow for another duck pie?read more

    Absolutely delicious!Had a wonderful Saturday lunch, the pate entree was perfect, especially with the sweetness of the... grapes. The beef was to die for, the onion rings melted in the mouth. And the sliced pork belly was decadent with wonderful crunch from the crackling. Excellent service, worth the drive from the Gold Coast! Would recommend both the passionfruit mojito and the japanese lagerread more

    We had a pleasant anniversary dinner here. Although there were barely any patrons, we were offered water and the server... disappeared. Had to ask again when they finally returned for the drinks order. The confit duck had an unique combination of flavours and side of beans was a little oily. Fish and chips were a good size portion but no different or better than what is served at pubs and RSLs. There were no garnishes or finesse that one would expect from an expensive restaurant. We both enjoyed the desserts.read more

    How good is that Duck Pie!!My wife and I have been celebrating our anniversary here for many years and the meals have... been constantly amazing!Had we never been to Pitchfork before last night, it would have been the best experience ever, but we definitely noticed a slightly less attentive service than usual.The meal was, as always the star of the show but the floor staff were a little less engaging than usual and we left not as completely blown away as our previous evening’s at Pitchforkread more

    On Saturday night for an early seating we, a party of four, enjoyed a very tasty meal! The eggplant entree and... cuttlefish entree were excellent. The eye fillet steak was cooked perfectly, I had a vegetarian pasta as did my daughter. For dessert we enjoyed the passion fruit roulade and the chocolate caramel pie. As locals we often pass by this restaurant but had never eaten there. We have now added this restaurant to our repertoire. Highly recommend the food. Book early so you are not disappointed.read more

    we used to come here since years. Food good most of the times and friendly service. The last couple of times here... where rather disappointing, with staff seemingly untrained and service levels dropped. Food is still ok, but yesterday when they forgot to bring a main course for our table, they reacted very badly. They put it back on us “I repeated the menu when you ordered” and did not even offer to bring it later, because the guys in the kitchen where obviously more busy to get out early. Funny enough the table was set up with cutlery for the missing meal (!). We will give it a break and take our $ elsewhere for a while.read more

    Absolutely lovely food (highly recommend the cuttlefish entre) and wonderful service. Been a very long time since I've... had that level of service in a restaurant. We never had to ask for anything, the waiter was superb. Will be back the next time we are in the area.read more

    We were walking past and just asked the staff if the kitchen was still open as it was getting late... No problem, will... ask the chef.. Yep all cool... We had an excellent dinner of seafood. Its a small restaurant and about 6 tables outside. Highly recommended.. Staff lovely and food really tastyread more

    Great food. Great service. Nicely decorated and appointed place. Went with the oysters and sand crab linguine. Would go... back and eat the same dishes again. Great food and service. Nice atmosphere too and the kids can play on the lawn outside. Interesting menu choices. highly recommend this placeread more

    The menu is relatively small but as the tile of this review says they use quality mainly local ingredients and treat... them well! We shared a baked goats cheese with honey walnut truffle dressing and a house sourdough. We couldn't go past the chilli and garlic sand crab linguine for mains paired with a simple cos lettuce salad dressed with parmesan and white balsamic.read more
